  • You can also request a call back from us and we can agree on the date that is most suitable for you.

  • All bookings must be made at least a week prior to your target date to avoid disappointments.

  • 50% deposit will be required to secure your bookings, an invoice will be emailed to you after the deposit has been made. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • The full invoice is payable prior to your appointment.

  • Your appointment slot will not be secured until you have received a booking confirmation email and your deposit payment has been received (see 'Payments' below).

  • Should appointments overrun at the client’s request, an additional hourly rate of £70 per hour will be charged.



  • We cover all Greater London.

  • Colour analysis and wardrobe analysis can be held in your house.

  • Our Personal Shopping sessions can be held in your preferred shopping area in Greater London (Bicester Village included)



  • Travelling to zones 1-4 is free by car or by  London Underground. Travel beyond zone 4 will be charged at client’s cost. ( a maximum fee of £10)

  • Travelling to Bicester Village includes a minimum three hour personal shopping session.

  • If the estimated travel from N4 predicted by TFL or Google Maps is longer than one hour, an additional charge might apply.

  • All parking, toll or congestion charge expenses will be payable by the client.

  • Travel costs should be paid by the client if shopping appointments are outside London

  • If required, additional accommodation costs should also be covered by the client.


An approximate travel cost will be agreed when you book your appointment. The total travel cost is to be paid in cash on the day, directly after your session. For multiple sessions held at one time travel costs may be reduced or waived.


If you are purchasing a Gift Voucher that will incur travel costs and you wish to pay for these charges, please contact us.


Appointment Duration.

  • Average durations of our colour analysis and Wardrobe analysis are 1.5 hours.

  • In case of running over time due to circumstances or the client’s request, an additional hourly rate of £30 will be charged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change an appointment at any time.



  • If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please make any cancellations or changes at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • We will be unable to refund your deposit if the cancellation is made later than that.

  • In case cancellation are made 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date to complete your booking.

  • A rescheduling fee of £50 will be charged if the client has already requested a rescheduling of appointment twice.


On the day

  • In the event that items cannot be obtained on the day, other alternatives will be discussed with the client.

  • Home visit – please ensure your clothes are in reasonable order and accessible. to save time ie. all seasonal wardrobes need to be accessible and items categorised.

  • Personal Shopping - please be advised that it is preferable if you wear comfortable clothes/shoes that are easy to take on and off.

  • It is the clients responsibility to collect all alterations and click and collect purchases made on the day.



  • Short meals and breaks might be taken for appointments longer than 3 hours at clients’ or stylists’ discretion.

  • The stylist and client will pay for their own refreshments.

  • Clients can request that their refreshment costs are paid for by the stylist and included within the final bill if preferred.



  • We might retain your personal information as a security.

  • Payments can be made in cash, Credit/Debit Cards or Paypal. Cheques are also accepted. If paying by cheque, please allow ten working days for clearance.

  • Gift Voucher or discounted orders require full payment on purchase.


It is important to note that we do not pay in part or in full for any of the outfits selected during our personal shopping experiences. We simply lend our expertise and advise you on the best investments to make for your preferred sartorial outcome.


Privacy Policy

  • We will not pass any of your personal details to anyone at any time. We adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998.

  • We promise to never send you spam or forward your details to anyone.


Pre Profiling Forms

  • To help you focus on exactly what you want to achieve in your session and ultimately ensure you get the most out of your time with us, please complete your Pre Profiling form at least three working days prior to your appointment. This can be done online, by email using a MS Word form, or handwritten and posted.
